• The Service helps you create a structured ChatGPT app concept and submission-ready package based on your conversation and inputs.
• If you purchase the “App Builder + Submission” plan, we submit on your behalf using the materials created through the Service.
• The Service does not guarantee approval by any platform and does not control review timelines.

• App approval/rejection is determined solely by the platform reviewer (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT review), based on their rules and timelines.
• Your app will go live only if/when it is approved by the platform.
• We do not approve apps. We only help prepare and (if chosen) submit the package on your behalf.

Shop Pilot AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI or ChatGPT. Any platform names are used only to describe compatibility or submission context.

• You must pay the applicable fee to unlock the full app bundle and (if selected) submission help.
• No refunds on rejection: If the platform rejects a submission, the fee is non-refundable.
• If you purchase the submission plan, one resubmission attempt may be included (as described on the pricing page). Resubmission still depends on platform review outcomes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and cancellation of ongoing work.

• If you choose the submission plan, you authorize us to submit the app package on your behalf using the information and assets you provide or approve in your dashboard.
• You remain responsible for ensuring your content and materials do not violate any platform rules or third-party rights.

• Provide accurate information (app name, description, logos/icons, disclosures, etc.).
• Do not submit content you do not have rights to use (copyrighted logos, brand assets, or text).
• Do not attempt to use the Service to create apps that violate laws, privacy rules, or platform policies.

Many platforms require a published privacy policy link for app submissions. Our Service provides a master privacy policy page and may generate an app-specific privacy addendum for your project. You must review and accept these before we proceed with submission (if you select submission help).

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any submission will be approved.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop Pilot AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or submission outcomes.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the Service or extract proprietary prompts/templates at scale.
• Using the Service to collect passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal data from end users.
• Building apps intended for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or policy evasion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will change when updates are made. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
